Why did we develop eCare?
A plethora of smart products and offerings are now available to today's connected consumer. More and more customers are getting equipped with smart home devices. According to GFK, 27% of consumers currently own a smart home product, but ownerships levels are significantly higher among leading edge customers (+50%).
How does it work?
Our services are accessible for our residential customers throughout our interfaces worldwide (app, website,...). With their consent, we connect over the air appliances with our energy services by accessing the cloud of our partners. We deliver added value services for our ENGIE customers and commit to deliver our solution comfort serenity and savings for our customers.
